How our lead system works.

1 · Launch & Territory Setup

You start with a one-time Launch & Territory Setup. It is not refundable. It pays for the build and locks your area. It covers:

• Kinsley Command Center© setup
• Tracking numbers and phone setup (A2P)
• Your landing pages
• Locking your 50-mile area

2 · Recurring packs & “next bill, last bill”

After your first pack, packs bill again on their own if you keep going. The first rebill is at 45 days. After that, it’s every 28 days. If you continue, the least you’ll buy is two packs — your first one plus one more.

Stopping is easy. When you tell us you want to stop, your next bill is your last bill — “next bill, last bill.” No surprises after that.

3 · Replacements

Two kinds of leads get replaced:

• Not qualified: wrong area, not a homeowner, wrong roof type, or not about roof rejuvenation.
• Can’t reach: you followed the 7-day plan, logged your tries, and still couldn’t reach them.

4 · Keeping the Kinsley Command Center©

While you have an active pack, the Kinsley Command Center© is included. If you stop buying leads but want to keep it, it’s $197/mo plus a $50/mo usage fee. If you don’t want it after leads stop, just ask us to close it and you won’t be charged again.
