• With real, checked contact info
• In a higher-income home — two incomes, and top half for income in your area
• Plus 3 things you pick — most pick speed, budget, and roof type

If a lead doesn’t match, we replace it.

A pack usually comes in over 4–8 weeks. It depends on your area and your budget. On the call, we’ll give you a real timeline for your area — not a number that sounds good but doesn’t hold up.

No — and anyone who does is guessing. We promise qualified leads that match the written rules, and we replace the ones that don’t.

Booking and closing are up to you: answer fast and follow the 7-day plan. We bring the leads and the system. You bring the sales.

Leads are $110 each. A 40-Lead Growth Pack is $4,400. There’s also a one-time Launch & Territory Setup that builds your system and locks your area.

Yes. After your first pack, packs bill again on their own if you keep going. The first rebill is at 45 days. After that, it’s every 28 days. If you continue, the least you’ll buy is two packs.

When you want to stop, just tell us. Your next bill is your last bill. No surprises.

It’s where your leads land and where you follow up — calls, texts, and reminders in one place, with a simple way to work them.

You don’t have to use it, but we really suggest it. It keeps leads from going cold. While you have an active pack, it’s included.

It’s still included while your pack is active. The Launch & Territory Setup still applies — you’re paying for the build and the area lock, not just the software.

Later, if you stop buying leads but want to keep it, it’s $197/mo plus a $50/mo usage fee. If you don’t want it after leads stop, ask us to close it and you won’t be charged again.

That’s normal. Most people take a few tries by call, text, and email. That’s what the 7-day plan is for.

If you followed the plan, logged your tries, and still couldn’t reach them, that lead gets replaced.
